The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Rocky Mountain Chapter recently named Pat Hagge, vice president of risk management for Ewing-Leavitt Insurance, “Safety Professional of the Year.”
“I am convinced that directly because of Pat’s efforts, our clients have seen decreased claims activity in all aspects of their insurance programs with the most notable results coming in the area of workers compensation,” said Steve Ewing, co-owner of Ewing-Leavitt Insurance. “Pat’s determination and ability to educate our clients on the importance of a safe work environment are deserving of special recognition.”
Hagge is an ASSP Rocky Mountain Chapter past president and currently serves as the chapter’s nominations and elections chair and member at large. He has worked in the loss control field since 1986 and earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM) designations.
