Business Insurance recently named Riley Holman, co-owner at Dixie Leavitt Agency, a recipient of its 2026 Break Out Award. This honor recognizes emerging leaders who are making meaningful contributions to the insurance and risk management profession.
Holman was one of 41 insurance and risk management professionals selected nationwide and one of only 10 recipients representing the western United States. The annual Break Out Awards recognize individuals with fewer than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry who have distinguished themselves through leadership, innovation, and service.
Holman’s commitment to those principles is reflected in the relationships he has built with clients throughout his career. “The focus has always been on building relationships and serving clients well,” Holman said.

Holman joined Dixie Leavitt Agency in 2012 after starting his career in financial services, a move he said changed the course of his career.
