Stephens & Hobdy Insurance Agency is pleased to announce that Liz Asmar has received the Certified Risk Manger (CRM) designation from Certified Risk Managers International. Asmar completed a rigorous five-course program, and passed extensive examinations covering the many areas of risk management, to earn the designation.
“Liz is part of an elite group of risk management professionals to earn this designation,” said Braxton Hobdy, Stephens & Hobdy Insurance Agency vice president. “She is helping to change the way insurance professionals bring value to their customers.”
Asmar has over ten years of experience in insurance and joined Stephens & Hobdy in 2013 to manage the new division of client services, as well as focus on commercial sales and risk management. Originally from Laurel, Mississippi, Asmar earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. She completed her Master’s of Business Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi. Asmar earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2010.
