Leavitt Group of Boise is pleased to announce they have expanded their services by bringing on Randon Lessing, Norah Culbertson, and Brie Homan. Lessing is a loss control consultant developing and supporting safety programs. Culbertson is an operations professional with experience in office management and medical assistance. Homan is a commercial account professional with extensive knowledge of financial planning, including life and disability insurance as well as investments.
Lessing brings military leadership experience and management skills developed in both the classroom and on the job. He earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and enjoys utilizing research skills to identify solutions for business problems. Lessing’s recent positions include regional environmental health and safety manager for a national tradeshow company and logistics military officer for the U.S. Army. He is committed to developing solutions that will drive down losses while fostering teamwork, building employee morale, and leadership development.
Culbertson attended the University of Oregon majoring in business. She is a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC), the Boise Columbian Club, and is a committee volunteer for Idaho Diabetes Youth Programs.
Homan provides support to commercial clients to ensure best in class service. She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in communication science. Prior to joining the agency, Homan worked for Northwestern Mutual and the Bureau of Land Management in public relations and as a writer and editor.
