Leavitt Group of Boise is pleased to announce that Kevin Gardner has joined the agency as chief sales officer and partner, expanding their executive leadership team. In addition to managing his business clients’ risk management programs, he will lead the sales department, including recruiting and mentoring sales staff.
Gardner comes to the business with over 20 years of sales and leadership experience, including ten years in the insurance industry.

The growth that is taking place here in Idaho supports our commitment to expand and grow with it.” Gardner joins the current partners, Dwayne Speegle, chief development officer, and Alyce Hillman, director of operations. Speegle will continue to manage his business clients’ risk management programs as well as oversee acquisitions, program development, and industry forecasting. Hillman will manage the business operations, human resources, and insurance carrier relationships.
