Leavitt Group of Atlanta employees recently helped pack food for Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit organization committed to feeding hungry children in nearly 70 countries. 637,200 meals specifically formulated for malnourished children were packed and prepared to ship, which is enough to feed 1,745 children one meal a day for an entire year.
“It was an awesome and exhausting weekend, but well worth it,” said Carla Buff, vice president of operations for Leavitt Group of Atlanta. “I’m grateful that some of our staff agreed to spend two hours of their time to come and pack with us.”
