Hancock-Leavitt Insurance Agency recently partnered with two local fire departments, Vernon Fire and Heber Overgaard Fire Department, to complete a campaign to increase fire safety in their community.
Through a donation from Safeco Insurance, Hancock-Leavitt was able to give 60 smoke detectors to the two fire departments. The detectors were then distributed to homes in need along with fire safety information and a shot form to request a quote on personal insurance.
“It is our hope that this joint effort will boost safety awareness,” said Hancock-Leavitt co-owner, Monti Hancock.
