Glenda Lane, account manager for Leavitt Group Insurance Agency of Vernal, recently earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite designation. This designation, which was developed by the National Alliance for Insurance Education, is the highest recognition they offer for those in customer service. To earn the designation Lane completed nine courses and passed exams.
“Glenda’s dedication to professionalism is commendable,” said Bart Winterton, managing co-owner of Leavitt Group Insurance Agency of Vernal. “This designation shows her continued commitment to providing excellent customer service and continuing education.”
The CISR program requires annual continuing education requirements to ensure designees stay current on important policy changes and trends within the insurance industry.
Lane has worked in insurance since 2010 and focuses on small commercial accounts and home and auto insurance. Prior to insurance, she worked in real estate as a managing broker and owner of a property management company.
