Risk Services – Leavitt Insurance Agencies (RSL) has completed another growth-focused addition to their sales consulting team in the last year, Mike Buoy. Buoy is based in Friendswood, Texas, and most recently was with Highpoint Insurance Group for over seven years. He brings an impressive career and wealth of knowledge about the personal and commercial insurance industry to RSL in his new personal lines risk advisor role.
This appointment also includes the purchase of a portion of Buoy’s current book of business with a number of high net worth personal lines clients and commercial clients. Buoy has focused on building relationships with these clients and has been successful at placing both their personal and commercial insurance. Most of these clients are based in Texas and many have homes in CO, LA, NY, GA, FL, and CA.

With the addition of Buoy to the RSL personal lines team and the acquisition of his book of business, RSL has created more opportunities to grow in the Houston, Texas market, Colorado, Louisiana, Florida, New York, and California, therefore elevating their presence and creating more competition with personal lines insurance products.
