Fillmore, Utah-based independent insurance agency, Myers-Froyd Insurance, recently joined with Leavitt Group affiliate, Day-Leavitt Insurance based in Delta, Utah. Phil Morrison and Curtis Peterson, current agency co-owners of Day-Leavitt, will be based in Delta. Ralph Myers, founder of the Myers-Froyd Agency, along with team member Lisa Crosland, will stay on in Fillmore and continue to serve all their current clients.
Both agencies have played an active role in their communities for a long time and that will continue. The merger enhances the ability of both agencies to offer more diverse and competitive insurance companies and products to their clients. Insurance companies such as Bear River Mutual, Nationwide Insurance, Allstate Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Workers Compensation Fund, Auto Owners Insurance, and many more are now available to individuals and business owners in both communities.
This merger also brings a new name for both agencies. From here on, Myers-Froyd and Day-Leavitt will be known as Leavitt Group of Western Utah.
