Van Nostran Young Coutts of North Canton, Ohio, and Farmer Woods Group of Phoenix, Arizona, both Leavitt Group affiliates, are part of an elite group of independent insurance agencies from across the United States who participated in a “Best Practices” study group.
Each year since 1993, the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (Big I) and Reagan Consulting, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm, work together to identify the top performers amongst insurance agencies across the country. This year, two Leavitt Group agencies were included in this recognition.
More than 2,600 independent agencies throughout the U.S. were nominated to take part in the annual study, but only 282 agencies across 46 states and the District of Columbia qualified as Best Practices Agencies. To be considered, all agencies submit extensive financial and operational data for review. These firms represent the highest performers based on their growth and operational excellence.
