CA Sexual Harassment Compliance – SB 1343

CA signed SB 1343 that went into effect on 1-1-2019 with a compliance deadline of 1-1-2020:

All CA employers with 5+ employees are required to provide compliant harassment training by 1/1/2020. The CA Compliant Training Course will be available in the Leavitt Risk Management Center by the beginning of Q2.
