Many of us are afraid of getting older because of the physical and mental ailments we will likely experience. While we can’t stop our bodies from aging or choose which health challenges we will face, there are actions we can take to prolong our physical and mental well-being.
For nine years, experts at Northwestern University have been examining “SuperAgers” – men and women older than 80 whose memories are as good as or better than people 20 to 30 years younger.
