Janie Ferguson, agency manager of Ferguson-Leavitt Insurance Agency was appointed as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Independent Insurance Agents (NIIA) on June 13, 2006. Janie hopes to facilitate communication between the insurance industry and the State of Nevada, and continue to gain knowledge concerning the insurance industry in Nevada.
Ferguson was appointed to the Board of Directors at the annual conference for Nevada Independent Insurance Agents, which was held this year in Napa, California.
Ferguson-Leavitt Insurance Agency is located in Minden, Nevada. The agency is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2006. Liam Ferguson, an employee of Ferguson-Leavitt, says the agency has successfully grown from one agent in 1996 to a thriving agency today because of a high level of customer service. “This has caused countless late nights and working weekends, but the proof is evident in the loyalty and quality of Janie’s clients,” says Liam Ferguson.
