Legacy Insurance welcomes three new members for the beginning of the 2019 year! Western Transport Fleet Inc, Warren Transport, and L&H Industries. We have expanded our reach geographically with Western Transport coming in from Salt Lake City. Warren Transport is still in our Montana hub, but with operations throughout the west, and L&H based out of Gillette, Wyoming, with US operations in multiple states and internationally we are now in Canada, Mexico, and Chile.
Western Transport Fleet, Inc.
Elise McGee, Kevin McGee, and Scott Bills oversee the operations of Western Transport based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. One of our newest common carriers hauls iron, scrap metal, sand, tin, and landfill waste, in a short radius around the northern Utah area. We are looking forward to having their expertise added with respect to fleets, as we all do in some way, as they maintain the highest possible standards with respect to drivers and vehicles. We look forward to seeing WT and learn from them as their loss ratio in this industry is 11%! This is a company that came into the group from our Leavitt affiliated agency in Salt Lake, with Eric Peterson, and have done nothing but backed up their previous excellence since joining. Warren Transport, Inc.
Owned primarily by James Weaver, the day to day operations are run by Jennifer Kondracki and Dan Gold in a consultant role. With locations throughout Montana physically, but operations that extend beyond the borders, Warren Transport Inc. has joined the captive with a 16% loss ratio! A common site on Montana roadways, Warren is focused on safety and customer service. With side dumps to low boys hauling aggregates to dry bulk they are experienced in heavy hauls and other commodities. We are excited to have them onboard and look forward to a great run with a company that is looking to the future in transportation. Visit their website here.
L & H Industries
Family business values and a mission to innovate. Nothing says more about our newest member than that. L&H was founded on the values of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and respect. These values—their family business values— continue to guide them today. They form the basis of every business relationship L&H establishes, ensuring their customers and employees that they can always trust L&H Industrial to do the right thing. L&H’s goal: get it right the first time, every time! We all met Jim Clikeman in Costa Rica as a founding member of Tribute from Shawn Samuelson, head of our employee benefits team. Jim will be in attendance with Tom Dillon, CFO, overseeing a company that is coming into the group with a total all lines loss ratio of 12%! Watch this short clip on L&H below.
